So I rarely use discord for anything, but I was in the NGPC server or room or whatever--- and now I'm not. So whoever it was, they removed me.
Do yall know how it happened?
I have 2FA as well, just trying to make sure bases are covered.
I'm not a mod or admin there but still don't want people using my account to eff things up.
@DamnedBySevenSeize Unless you've clicked on a link you wont be compromised from just being in the server. So I wouldn't worry about it.
Recommend putting nuke and raid protection on your next server. If you need help let me know.

left my computer and then checked on the discord with 20+ pings. glad i was informed from the audio hub
@DamnedBySevenSeize Xin basically fell for the oldest trick in the book and clicked a link to a supposed "Game" being promoted (With terrible grammar and all) and got his account phished. This lead to the person gaining access to his account and started deleting everything in the Discord, banning the mods and other people that clicked the spammed links, also got their accounts compromised.
Basically, it was a case of people being stupid.
@Kofina, I think that's a little unfair. You can know all about phishing and still fall for it once on a bad day. I mean, it's a reminder to stay vigilant for sure, but give the dude a break.
Not even 2FA is enough huh... that's a bummer/disillusioning bit of info too there, been thinking that as long as you have that you've got it covered...
Time to make your own discord server, the signs are there. With a sweet new NSFW section. The return of Will. I dont know who ran the old server but they sucked ass.

Holy gosh darn, I was so close to clicking that invite link, I knew about the hacks but when it comes from someone you trust with not being hacked, the filters are just not there!! Everyone be careful, this can happen to you too!!
